The thing is it probably not once per application. I'd imagine using multiple frame buffers in an application is actually quite common and could change quite often while an application is running; especially in complex applications lik

In Japan, paper is still really commonplace in offices and in other institutions (schools, retail, factories etc). A lot of old technologies like fax are still commonplace in Japan so this makes a lot of sense there. Also a lot of older lar

Agreed, BBC news in general has gotten pretty bad in general lately. It has gotten much more link bait articles, pointless 2 line pieces and biased articles that I can't treat it seriously anymore.

I develop mostly on Windows and I use Sublime Text and Eclipse. I can't stand Visual Studio, it feels to clunky for web stuff to me and I miss the Sublime Text command palette. I also can't easily integrate a lot of my toolchain i

That kind of thing just makes me trust them more, I don't want people to be able to talk around the support staff to get to my Bitcoins and I actually wish my bank done the same. That being said I don't trust any third party with

Using 俺 (ore) sounds extremely arrogant, it's also a very amateur mistake to make (or maybe it was even deliberate). it's definitely not suitable for a business sense as it either conveys superiority or familiarity.

Every single little thing he mentioned shouldn't be in the core product. Magento is not an all in one marketing, shop and aftersale solution; it is an eCommerce platform. Anything above/beyond that should be a plugin/separate

Well it appears I was a little misguided, I have a friend who uses them as a second ISP purely for office stuff. He should me 24 hour ping latency graphs once, the network quality looked great.

There's a UK ISP called Andrews and Arnold that will give you a filter free experience with the caveat that you have to filter your own network, but they are not really a home ISP as such.

Lots and lots of really negative publicity here in the UK. It blocks rape support sites and sexual education websites better than it blocks porn: http://www.independent.co.uk/life-style/gadgets-and-tech/abu...

Bitcoin was engineered to take time, it wouldn't be as popular as it is now if things played out differently. In fact the whole value of the currency is based on the fact it takes work, and therefore time, to create.

I don't know many people in the UK who likes these decisions, I actually wonder how they make it anywhere. Especially the porn filter, I don't even know why that's still going ahead.
