This is a problem on Ubuntu (my main machine), as the Caps Lock lags enough that if you type at a normal speed: THis STarts HAppening. (Not a problem for Windows or OSX systems, I can report) Most bug reports for this behavior tend to be ig

I learned to type by using the Caps Lock in lieu of the Shift key-- if it's ever removed from keyboards, I'll be completely screwed. (I hate two-finger combinations, and am apparently not alone in this-- record-holding speed-typis

I would have liked this a lot more with a non-trucated y-axis. ( http://dramsch.net/uploads/Axes-and-baseline-620x620.png )

It's a well-written and nice article, but just kinda weird in spots, saying that the code is more self-evident and readable, whereas I think it's sometimes making a language do something it only does with considerable strain. Inso

Seems somewhat perverse to do this in python, and never once mention list/generator comprehensions. I get that this isn't a guide for using functional programming in python, but rather a guide for using functional programming in n

I couldn't help but think of how much it reminded me of this parody of flashy, boilerplate sites: ( http://jonhendren.com/ ). My eyes kinda glaze over when I see Bootstrappy style (or something similar).

I never used Krita before today-- trying it out, it made me realize how much I love MyPaint. (NOTE: I'm mostly a pen-and-ink illustrator who's very much a novice in the digital realm) MyPaint, though, makes it really easy to toy a

The new print function does some nifty stuff, but I find it such an unnecessary breaking change to rip out the good ol' print statement. In practice, the print statement is almost always much more convenient to use, but more than that,

I've been running Ubuntu 14.04 on an ASUS i3-- a real bargain, and no headaches (other than a weird thing where the hardware switch for wireless is automatically disabled on reboot).

It's interesting (in my mind, disappointing) that Github lists only active staff-- in my mind, humans.txt should document all the people who have ever worked to bring a website to its current state.
