At what cost though? What programs would suffer funding decreases? This is why we elect representatives. It’s not a perfect system but the average citizen would not have the context necessary to make direct decisions on it.

NASA's total budget is approximately one half of one percent (0.5%) of the federal budget. Even at its peak in the 1960s, it never reached 5%. Seems pretty reasonable.

Have a look at the CCR2004-1G-2XS-PCIe from MikroTik. It’s a router on a PCIe card, with its own OS. What’s your usecase? Might be able to get better recommendations if you can tell us what you’re trying to do.

The switch to the current pricing model was anything but smooth. The uproar was so bad they had to come back with a revised plan. A lot of people were still upset with the revised plan after it launched. Not my site, but this blog entry exp

Once your app gets to that level, even keeping the lights on requires work. Third party dependencies don’t stop updates, security or otherwise. Laws and regulations change. Advertisers demand features that aren’t seen by the general public.

Yeah, I’ve built FriendlyWRT for the R5S. It’s reasonably doable in an afternoon, depending on skill level. FriendlyWRT, or at least the sources for it, is just a few minor configuration tweaks for performance + default packages. http:

BTT does work with the TouchBar, but the "Touch" in the name comes from "touchpad" since it originally was used to add various macros/gestures to the touchpad and mouse. TouchBar support was added later. Most new Ma

I wouldn’t be worried about the sequence itself running out, but the column it’s stored in in the table may not be large enough to handle those numbers.

If they're not accounting for it, integer overflow could be a real problem. (And it's not clear they would account for it in a table that normally has 10s of thousands of entries.) Someone else mentioned it here too: https:/

I’m engaged now, and met my fiancée on a dating site. At the time, it made sense that I deleted my account, since we were exclusive, but now those first messages exist only as a memory. I’d love to have those again, but I’m happy that data

G.fast is for pretty short runs. It’s basically just a curb-to-router solution; there’s typically fiber behind it.
