The general populace has no reason to care. We aren’t liable for fraudulent purchases; it’s just an inconvenience more than anything.

I’ve found Kohl’s to be a great example of this. If you happen to find something that isn’t 30, 40% off, just try again next week.

The agency will live on past the current administration. The main function of ICE is needed. The policies imposed upon them from above are the root of the problem and need to be removed. But they will be gone in time, hopefully sooner rathe

It’s kinda funny how the world has converged on USB as a universal charging standard. I have a tote full of old AC/DC transformers in the garage; I used to save them as you never knew when you’d need one of a specific connector/vo

Agree. Only now that I own a home in a suburb (and therefore own my garage) would I consider buying electric. My previous 3 apartments all had no provisions for charging overnight.

I’m curious whether my opinion is the minority on this one. I like having my own desk - where the chair is adjusted the way I like, cleaned as often as I’d like, the desk moves to my presets, my keyboard and mouse don’t have to be retrieved

Something I’ve wondered: It isn’t quite clear from the various articles how they’re doing this monitoring. I can totally see how they could monitor their own caching resolvers. They might even passively monitor popular internet resolvers (1

Times have changed. They're not necessarily more sophisticated (at least not visibly, algorithms not withstanding), but the stigma of online dating isn't nearly what it was. In 2000, as a man in search of a woman, your chances of

This is not true. Anecdotally, Comcast has caps in the Seattle area, where they have multiple competitors, including Frontier FIOS.

You should watch Top Gun again. The Blu-Ray version is good, and parts of it were definitely cleaned up (eg the title cards), but there are plenty of film scratches and grainy moments throughout the film.
