It seems like a software issue not a battery problem. Apps get automatically shut down on iOS for example when they drain your battery in the background. Android should improve it's background management mechanism. I don't use and

I agree. Though, 2 algorithm problems over the phone in a notepad + 2 to 4 whiteboarding interviews onsite related to algorithm. How much is too much in your opinion? How about replacing a binary tree problem with coding an actual mini-prod

I'm referring to the "competition" post Resume, when they already reached out to you - "your profile is very attractive and would be a perfect fit for our role". They put you into their hiring process with a few oth

Let me ask you this question - when was last time you used a binary tree at work? Just curious. Maybe you do use this stuff. Then in this case the current hiring process is perfect for you. I manipulate hash tables all day everyday and data

I agree. To that I'd add the fact that senior engineers - unlike junior engineers - get pulled from a bunch of other companies. By hiring young engineers companies would get longer commitments and leave plenty of rooms for employees to

That's good stuff I like that. In today's market the competition is too high, their goal during an interview process is to focus on the negatives. Why? Because they pretty much tell you right away - we're talking to you becau

Are you a developer? If so, at your age and in today's market - it's called a career suicide :) It's gonna be tough to pass the recruitment process in a year from now for so many reasons. The competition is stronger than ever

Long story short - facebook is dead, majority of the people migrated to Instagram. we went from myspace (personal) to FB (friends) to instagram (personal). Looks like people would rather focus on themselves.

It's tough on the negotiation because your current package is virtual no matter how good the startup is doing. They're offering you real money, big difference. All you have to do with your $300K cash is to stay their for 4 years t

That's exactly what I'm talking about. As a developer you're at your most marketable state from the age of 20 to 30. Anything pass 30 (not ALWAYS) is usually not good. A natural path would be to go into management, etc. But w
