Why not "He happy". Language complicated. Return to simple. Save energy.

Imo, write less, but longer. It allows you to better articulate your thoughts and create content that is in-depth, helpful and often timeless. If you can't connect the beginning, middle and end of a single 3000 word article, why do you

Unlikely but could be possible by using license plate and owner information in some countries where it is (or was) public information.

But try to withhold payment if you get no treatment - deary me, no no no, that sends you to jail (really, in some places).

Insurance is a racket everywhere apparently.

The ultimate cause of death is life. 100% mortality rate heh

by bserge 5y ago
Let's go even further and mandate psychological and physical tests, to make sure there are fewer deaths. You never know what goes through someone's head or whether a previous injury will lead to an accident. I'm only half jok

Why not solder the SSDs and a GPU while at it?
551.
by bserge 5y ago
Why not let them? A lot of things can only be learned through hardship.

Don't worry, other lives will end before mine.

My retirement plan is to kill myself, failing that, a piece of land far from everything and everyone where I would do substinence living and a lot of cannabis consumption. I'd only need around $50k-100k, so it looks doable.

Oh dear God, they actually used sea sponges? Why did I need to know that... My ancestors might've been barbarians but they knew to use leaves and water :D

Sponge on a stick. Reusable. Shared. Sometimes deadly.

Why would they be? Less money for the manufacturer. Just throw the whole thing away (preferably in the garden waste bin for that extra good feeling) and buy a new one. /s

by bserge 5y ago
Yeah, you'd think so. I thought so. But I can't get myself to die. After death, there's nothing . And I understand now why some people say it's terrifying. Between decades of suffering or eternity of nothing , what wou

Older ones did, same for washing machines. I guess it stuck in the US for whatever reason.

Maytag is Whirlpoop now iirc

by bserge 5y ago
Beko, Indesit, Hotpoint, even Whirlpoop. Samsung and LG are surprisingly good until the electronics fail (very hard to find, expensive new). Miele are great but again, problems with part availability. Though they rarely break. Bosch/Si

Beware, some dishwashers will throw an error or work improperly if the temperature doesn't match what it should be at certain points in the cycle. Same for some washing machines.

I like how it's "Wikipedia" that disagrees. Not the rando(s) who wrote or edited the article.
