Back in the early days of Zapier I remember we always made explicit our grandfathering clause for users who gave pricing feedback. Same for any eventual pricing changes

We manage many Google integrations and they had a large number of failed auth tokens during the same window. I'm guessing it was related - but no details have been shared yet.

You do not need to pay for a Zapier account to do something as simple as HN -> Slack unless you have hundreds of HN mentions a month.

I believe we've settled on Quip - we used to be Hackpad. I think Dropbox Paper would be quite nice too (but was too nascent when we were searching ~6 months ago).

160 employees remote is impressive and commendable. Zapier is fully remote as well (but half the size in employee count). I'd say "write everything down" is a great shortcut to the sorts of practices you need to cultivate. We

Their API is down too - started slowing down at 2016-11-07T05:44:52Z and went offline in earnest at 2016-11-07T05:47:37Z. As you can imagine - we have a lot of analytics on this sort of stuff at Zapier. :-) Usually we know about API outages

Massive bummer - Slava and Mike and the team were super top-notch. RethinkDB will always be my goto to explain the delta between a great and a poor first experience for any dev tool.
