This was mainly an issue of semantics (suggestions on wording appreciated). Just imagine them in order of least-to-most.

Yes, I totally agree. The reasons why I left that out are numerous, but two are: (1) the extra time required to programming something like that (2) our concept of "mentoring" is more like a workout buddy and less about experience and skill

First of all, great presentation. I looked at the site and your phrasing combined with the domain name gave me an instant idea of what you do. Maybe some examples of use-cases would help me understand why I would you use, but I suspect that

I figure that if the test is at 90% confidence, it usually means we can't really make a really really bad decision going with the favorite. So what if that tiny increase in conversions wasn't really there, I figure its time to move on to an

That might be a pretty cool app idea: random trip planning. As in: "I don't really care, I have $1200 to blow on a 5 day trip June 4th-9th. When do I show up for my flight?"

I'm surprised this blog keeps popping up. I realize the guy got an MBA and wasn't impressed with his experiences, but isn't constantly harping on MBA's a little like the 14th century flagellants? Bad MBA. Bad MBA. Forgive me of my sins. /ra

I completely agree with the above. Idea and Feedback management solutions. Who gives who feedback and ideas? On what? Too vague for me. Give me a hook that explains everything. Why not something like "Your business can collect customer idea

Wow, talk about impressive. Just curious about the tech behind this. Do they just cache a bunch of average prices together between major airports and just set a max limit? Surely it can't do fully comprehensive search at the speed it runs a

This may sound absurd, but I wonder if this has ever been seriously tried as a training platform for competitive swimmers.

In the relative world of finance, I doubt you could argue anything is definitively "good".

This is an incredible site, I just read http://www.seriouseats.com/2010/04/cook-your-meat-in-a-beer-... on a whim and am trying it tonight. Very cool.

I think this is a good point. Has there ever been a point in history where literally anything you wanted to know wasn't locked away in some obscure institution? It's hard to sometimes remind yourself how lucky you are to live in our times (

Hey, I'm in the middle of an MBA program and think I'm doing just fine with my little start ups. Cute blanket statement though.

Though this is logically sound, the core issue remains. Are we to tell them a little starving and death now is good for you in the long run? I think it is extremely interesting to ponder where lines of morality lay on issues like this.

I would imagine a key difference here is that with water, the root sources will never be eradicated. Evaporate it and it enters the atmosphere. Dump it on the ground and it drains to the water table. Flush it down the drain and it enters a

Doubtful, though I admittingly have little experience in this. In fact (I would imagine), most places would kill for guys with balls enough to file an IPO. What type of confidence do you need to make this happen?
