They're not valid DNS names, they're IP addresses. When you subscribe to an Internet Service Provider you are actually subscribing to the network using the IP address space. DNS is an add-on that is overlayed on top of the IP addr

Maybe you're mixing that up with Poland? Nazi rule in Denmark was popular and internment camps there we're similar to US ones of Japanese, Italians and Germans, and similarly in the US there was no resistance either.
