That's a great approach for the cases where the migration takes only a few seconds. When you start running into situations where the migration takes hours or days, it's back to the "normal" way.

Looks good! The tutorial is probably great for some class of users, but I thought your UI was self-explanatory enough to not need it, at least beyond knowing to drag-and-drop fields. Maybe add an "exit tutorial" button somewhere? Bug report
