Doubtful - possibly DOCX to HTML, though. EDGAR (the SEC's filing system) only allows a limited subset of HTML 3.2 including inline CSS styles only[0]. The real culprit is the financial printer, Donnelley Financial, and to a lesser ext

Unless it is overwhelmingly damaged, the liver is the most resilient part of the human body and is the only organ that can regrow. It's that important.

I was specifically talking about push queues, not pub/sub. My comments are also based off of migrating from Python 2.7 vs. 3 where there are additional migrations challenges and GAE limitations. At least in our experience, it was (or

I think there is some functionality such as google.appengine.ext.db (not ndb) which is not directly available, though? And task queues seem to be completely different. But I accept that for many applications, there are close alternatives.

I would be interested in seeing this type of article for migrating an established App Engine "standard" environment application instead of the "flexible" environment, which is basically managed containers. The first-gene

I guess my only point was that I've seen both approaches - you either over-spec the components and when it doesn't fail like you think the spec was the secret, or you design for unreliable parts and when they don't fail as ex

You're not wrong, especially about optical components. But there has been a general overreaction about ESD and milspec/spacespec components since, I don't know...maybe the mid-1970s budget cuts? And we have a lot more knowl

I believe you - I have an original Pixel 1 non-XL that I handed down to my kid with a USB-C port that barely works with any cables and even then if you blink at it wrong it disconnects. FWIW, my 3a XL is working great. I'm might upgra

There is a spectrum and it isn't just a east coast thing. I think you can basically divide it out where the primary crop is wheat vs. corn/soybeans, and where the crop irrigation starts. As you drive from east to west, you can fe
