I was looking for that language as well - I expected to see that "gains" from exercising options do not count towards AMT, and that related taxes are completely deferred until the time when the investment becomes liquid (or 7 year

This bill simply defers the taxes till actual gains are realized, instead of requiring them when options are exercised. Ideally, this means more employees can actually act on their options, instead of just "the rich" as you imply.

Sounds like it's 80% of employees must have been offered stock in the year you began employment. My guess is that this applies in most common cases, although I wonder what the situation they were trying to guard from was...

I object to the use of the term "inheritance" here. It's a bit more like PHP's traits - https://secure.php.net/manual/en/language.oop5.traits.php Ruby's mixins are a bit similar as well -

Just tried it - unfortunately it doesn't disable the meeting notifications so once you fill up your calendar with decoy meetings you get alerted all day :(
