I’m with you here. Once you get the hang of it you even miss the most awkward pipelines once they’re gone and you’re just passing around single dimensional strings. The memory overhead with sets of objects and their properties vs vanilla st

This is effectively false for the vast majority of tax payers. Tax preparation services can still exist for the relatively small number of people that require it.

I don’t know what version I used to use but I wouldn’t have called the UI intuitive or responsive. It was randomly buggy from a workflow perspective too. Like resources getting stuck in a weird limbo. Conditions would be met but not visible

I find that comments are most valuable when onboarding/understanding an unfamiliar code base. Comments composed of a little bit of “what” some “where” and a lot of “why” seems best for this scenario.

It’s not about capabilities, it’s about policy. Willfully violating security policies is generally going to go over poorly.

Probably want to check your policies if using a business-owned mac. Caffeinate probably violates your security policies if it’s a decent sized company.

If you think that’s enraging just wait until you get a page that unloads the previous content as you scroll. You can only search the text that’s visible. Maddening.

Yeah same here. I sometimes wonder if these coping strategies result in a late diagnosis (if diagnosed at all).

Teams’ editors aren’t even the same between chats (e.g. DMs and discussion on a meeting) and channels in a “Team”. Which seems so odd and unnecessary it makes me curious how they ended up needing such a confusing and seemingly redundant edi

AWS has Cloud9[1] though it's worth pointing out that it's not an exact a 1:1 and may require some elbow grease to use in the same manner[2]. 1. https://aws.amazon.com/cloud9/ 2. https://aws.amazon

I wonder why the OPNsense maintainer took your question so personally. Asking for transparency with how an OS project deals with CVE-impacted packages doesn't seem particularly controversial to me.

Internal abuse and attacks aren’t as rare as they should be. You’d be amazed what someone will do to risk their job or even career on impulse or poorly considered risks.

I’m not clear how we’re in disagreement here since I agree with this. When I say your keys/creds should be guarded I mean while they’re still valid.

If an employer needs someone’s particular keys something probably went wrong or there’s bad processes in place. But that aside I think the default course of action should be to aggressively guard your secrets and tokens since they represent
