Is there supposed to be an animation on the example checkout in your header? If so it's extremely choppy for (new MBPr, i7, 16gb ram). It looks like it's unintentionally growing in size.

I take modafinil daily to counteract the exhaustion and lethargy of obstructive sleep apnea. I only take 50mg (so I split the pill in quarters) but some days take another 50mg after lunch time. It's greatly affected my work in a positi

Oh wow! I'm cautiously optimistic that Flickr can be brought back from the dead. I loved Flickr's platform to share my photos and find other photographers to follow and get inspiration from. C'mon SmugMug!

http://anycable.io is pretty easy to setup. You can run your rails app and have ActionCable run through Go or Erlang.

We've implemented git-flow at work. Do you use git-flow with GitHub pull requests? I've found I'm more so using git-flow for just creating the feature/hotfix branches and then doing my merges inside of the pull request U

I'm not sure if I like the idea of this adaptation and I'm wonder if Amazon will give this a big enough budget to make an epic like GoT. If anything, I'd love to see The Silmarillion turned into a series. I think it lends its

You need to check out Spacemacs[1]. It's set up so that as soon as it's installed you can use it efficiently using your vim keys. It's got a ton of great defaults and I'm considering changing over full-time. I've be

If someone is struggling with opioid addiction and switch to kratom, they don't get that same fuzzy feeling, they just feel... better. Granted, people can switch to Kratom and take a huge dose to try and catch a buzz but most people th

The new form_with is bugging me. It doesn't generate id's on inputs anymore, so you have to manually add `id: 'field_id'` so that clicking labels focuses on the input. Not having the id attribute has also broken Capybara

While not as clean and simple as Sequel Pro, I've found that Navicat Premium is pretty good. Especially since I use both MySQL and PostgreSQL. It can also manage SQLite and a few others.

Also check out Rocky Top Vapor! 145ml for that price, and sometimes have sales where it's only $17 for 145ml. GREAT juice too. I love their Cereal Milk and Strawberry Fruit Chew flavors.
