> What evidence do you have that it absolutely doesn't? I think it’s very obvious when looking at the last 20 years. Porn availability increased ridiculously since around 2000 due to internet becoming widespread. But look at statist

I remember the scandal when an American Apparel ad depicted a young woman in a thong. People were outraged because she looked minor. In fact, she was 21 years old. I wonder if people think she shouldn’t get any jobs modeling lingerie just b

I am not sure there is evidence that this is the case. The argument sounds a lot like those made by conservatives against gay people. Somehow, in their view, homosexuality is also just a first step towards “anything goes”, including incest,

I think that’s because locals have some level of adaptation to their region. In Australia, you can really see how the high levels of sunshine affect the Northern Europe descendants who live there today. Some 30 yo women look easily 40.

You need to seek medical help. LLM is not your enemy. I am not your enemy. The world is not against you.

How would you solve the same problem? Skills seem to be just a pattern (before this spec) that lets the LLMs choose what information they need to "load". It's not that different from a person looking up the literature before

Each agent will do that differently, but Gemini CLI, for example, lets you save any session with a name so you can continue it later.

The implicit idea is that new will always use a context allocator to create the thing. Not its own allocator that you cannot control. But yes that does not seem obvious to the guy trying to learn the language.

I think I sound a bit like a bot because half of what I read on the Internet is actually written by bots and that is influencing me!

I think this research seems a little bit suspicious. First of all, it focuses almost entirely on the brawl the NewsGuard is having with one guy[1]. Notice how that's where most of the "fake news" they mention come from. Secon

I am not saying you should be a LLM maximalist at all. I am just saying LLMs need to have a change-test cycle, like humans, in order to be effective. But looks like your goal is not really to be effective at using LLMs, but to bitch about i

What a genius this dev is. Just a few weeks ago I tried to do something very similar for my blog, but quickly gave up as it’s not easy to do! Kudos to the author, they did an awesome job and went beyond by actually fixing up even the gramma

Zig as a language is not worth, but as a build system it's amazing. I wouldn't be surprised if Zig gets in just because of the much better build system than C ever had (you can cross compile not only across OS, but also across arc

My favorite was Is it time to rewrite sudo in Zig. As you may remember Ubuntu had a recent vulnerability caused by their sudo being rewritten in Rust. No idea if the AI knew that though it feels like a clever joke.
