The Python version is also goofy since it doesn't support keyword arguments for the wrapped function: def memoize(func): cache = {} def wrapper(*args): if args in cache: return cache[args]

It doesn't matter if you're right or wrong about Jai. I just don't understand what it had to do with a ziglang release.

I don't really understand why it makes sense to spend most of a newsletter about zig 0.7 complaining about another language, instead of the cool stuff about ziglang. They're similar in that they're both "better Cs"

I've needed to do it to test with external SAML/OpenID Connect providers since pretending to be the hostname they expect is sometimes the only way to test, depending on the partner.

One shouldn't really care what npm did/does outside npm projects unless that aspect of npm becomes widespread beyond their eco-system. And it seems the Unlicense predates npm by at least 11 days (1 January 2010 vs 12 January 2010,

Assuming archive.vn is the new archive.is (and it seems so), they are returning intentionally bad IPs back to cloudflare DNS users, so if you're using 1.1.1.1 or one of their other resolvers, that's why. See earlier discussion her

I haven't seen your videos before, but they look neat. I glanced at one of your repos and was surprised to see .8 extensions! a86 was definitely my favorite flavor of x86 assembly in that era and d86 was pretty remarkable.

Trans* people have been bullied pretty much forever. The tide is finally shifting to be able to force places like schools to change their polices to help reduce/end the bullying. It's clearly the correct thing to do.

These pictures were taken "only" 1,000,000 miles away, so the Moon is significantly closer to the camera than Earth was, which makes it appear larger compared to Earth than it really is. The true size comparison is more like [0].
