This seems more like defamation (although indirect since he's citing someone who is doing the defaming. From the linked article: > In “As I remember London,” he voiced support for ethnically cleansing London of minorities. It's

I'm not the one who conflated it, Spain did, fwiw. The point is that banking is something you remove at your peril.

Spain tried to kick out all the bankers (in this case "the jews"). It was a financial disaster. That you don't understand financial markets doesn't mean the realities of those marks won't hurt you really really badl

You mean the prices are going up, so people can afford to keep the housing empty for more time to get a better price. That's not the same if you think about it.

Hmm. I guess there needs to be some kind of general test suite editors and LSPs can validate against?

Heh thanks. It started as a joke idea, but now it's my daily driver. Especially the review mode is useful now that so much work goes through LLMs.

You're just cherry-picking though. Things were massively different in 1945 in tons of ways. For example Jim Crow was still active for one. Food prices were MASSIVELY higher for another.

> You bring down price of home land rent then price of everything else comes down If any price for any reason goes down, that money ends up in housing. The only way to bring down housing pricing is to build more housing. This is extrem

You can prompt yourself all the way to that. I don't have remote editing in my custom IDE because I never need that personally, but LSP/DSP, syntax highlighting, a built-in lazygit clone, git blame, soft wrap, find-in-files, etc a

I also had Claude write me an IDE: https://github.com/boxed/TurboKod It's obviously not for everyone, but if you fork that repo and prompt your favorite model to make it look and feel like you want, you can get so

Because the evidence only goes in one direction. If I can get substantially more work done because of AI tools that falsifies the idea that LLMs don't help. Same as a satellite orbiting the earth once with a camera filming falsifies

I'm a programmer by trade. I know you're wrong from much personal experience, and the difference between last year and today is dramatic. If you believe the anti-AI people you will become misinformed, just as much as if you listen

There might need to be some calibration. The reason for copyright is (ostensibly) to compensate for the enormous cost of production. If the cost goes down, the protection should also logically go down.

Doesn't this project go straight into modern standard mobile phone systems? It'll be encrypted then.

We did it the other way around first, but it was a huge hassle and very hacky. Since we flipped it we've been much more satisfied with the system. It's somewhat inspired by literate programming, but a bit flipped.

Normally with ground heat exchange you cool down the hole so the system becomes less efficient over time. With cooling of your house that extra heat goes down the hole again. That ends up being almost free over the lifetime of the entire sy

I live in Sweden. You are incorrect. Having your home basically unlivable a few weeks every year is not ok, and ground heat exchange pumps that provide cooling are energetically basically free, so just do it.

You can often just tell it to refactor though. That's like a scheduled harness thing, not a game changer.
