I keep customers and business contacts separate, both in my head as well as digitally. There are too many biz people to meet and you'll either go crazy trying to keep up, or it will just be a time consuming 'hobby' cataloguin

You get called dark current (thermal noise) on CMOS and CCD sensors, and the signal-to-noise ratio goes down as you decrease the exposure time. You see the effect when taking a low light photo, the graininess is from the SNR being very low
