It's not hard. This is a .gov website and as such isn't plagued with a million external tracking and advertising/marketing scripts. It is also completely static.

GitHub recently introduced "Discussions". Issue-like threads basically. Whether they're acceptable for "praise" of the project varies from maintainer to maintainer I'd suppose.

Seems like a fun learning project, but in the real world it's very counterproductive. You can obtain the base64 representation of the current clipboard contents very quickly using a single terminal shell command.

I recently wrote a shell script bound to a keyboard shortcut, that pops up a window with a text input field that accepts LaTeX input, and immediately converts it to a JPG that is then copied to the clipboard. Super useful.

They're too embarrassed of all the shit code they've written that makes the app slow - so they obfuscate it to try to hide how shit it is - and it turn it becomes even slower ;)

It's an absolute godsend. Scripting in it feels really intuitive compared to POSIX shells. I find it such a shame that we probably won't get rid of POSIX shells for at least a couple more decades... if that.
