Yes, either quadlet or handwritten podman CLI in .service files is the way to go. I don't like using generate-systemd because it hides the actual configuration of the container, I see no point in being stateful...

Yes because the API server is stateless, unlike the docker daemon. If you kill it you can still operate on containers, images, etc. by other means, whereas if you kill the docker daemon the CLI stops working too.

No, the main selling point is daemonless. For example, you put podman in a systemd unit and you can stop/start with systemctl without an external point of failure. Comparing root docker with rootless podman performance is apples to ora

I have a similar mandate and a similar take, but slightly different use cases. As to the search engine, my searches are often very narrow, like I want to recall a specific message from a mailing list, so I don't use that too much. On t

It also says that oxygen toxicity is a possibility only above 21% oxygen. In fact, with regular air there are way too many things that have already gone wrong if you are at 65 m depth (or even 50 m). It's clear from reading the documen

Not with 21% oxygen. 25 meters is 3.5*0.21=0.73 bar of O2 partial pressure, which is within even the strictest limits that apply to rebreathers (1.3 bar). If you're breathing 100% oxygen for decompression, that's a completely diff

Yes, he is. Oxygen toxicity causes seizures, not narcosis, and kicks in at around 1.6 bar of partial pressure (just below 65 m when breathing 21% oxygen as in regular air). PADI uses 1.4 bar to add an extra safety margin. Oxygen toxicity is
