Not sure about drag'n'drop. Also I've noticed that even when you're aware of the way USB passthrough in virt-manager GUI works that it seems to have some bugs. I'm mostly interested in if I can use virtualbox accele

This is a common, but as much as I hate cell phone companies I don't think they ever asked for or advertised themselves as a secure identity verification solution and never should have been used as one. Tech companies saw cell phone co

They say for security purposes they need my phone number (that I've never given them before) to verify I'm me. I've seen this on first login on a new account. I guess they think I'm pretty stupid and I'll believe th

A bunch of people like to say it is fine they use the phone number because you can use your other methods as a backup if you use it. Yet I've read plenty of stories like this about google demanding everything they have on you.

Sort of both resolved and not resolved since I can't remember him coming back. It did give Frakes an opportunity to play a different character later on in DS9. I liked that episode and would have enjoyed Thomas Riker showing up again f

Funny, I loved the that the split didn't resolve and let the show go in an interesting direction that most shows chicken out on. I thought season 1 was actually a little rocky and 2-3 were the peak myself. Season 4 was a complete disas

Until Intel actually releases a discrete GPU on an Intel process instead of the same TSMC everyone else is using their fab advantage remains a theoretical one in this space. It is to bad they didn't have even a power sucking discrete G

You can't escape social media just by not using it yourself. Put as many app controls as you want on your kids phone and some other kid will still make recordings of them and upload them to make fun of them, or worse. And if most kids

I disagree. Windows 7 (which is really just Vista SP1) isn't universally an improvement over XP. The update system (which lives on today still) is crappier than the XP one, even when it required IE to run it! 7 will gradually eat a who

Even if Microsoft had a proper sandbox system they would have exempted themselves from it "for security scanning and product improvement". It isn't the apps that are the problem, it is Microsoft.

I'm curious if Ableton 12 actually requires 22H2 or just is only supported. I was struggling with what to do with this recently on my wife's PC. I don't care for 11, she isn't interest in linux and 10 drops support in 20
