I bet he could look it up pretty easily by trying to date the experience but it's not important to the story. When Apple names every iteration the same flippin name it would get blurry in my head as well. iPad, iPad 2, New iPad, iPad 4?? I

I don't think it's a bonus rather a not-getting-yelled-at perk (or pat on the back bonus perhaps). They can track it rather easily since every employee's ID is tied to the little iPad or iPod they are completing the sales with.

Brutal dictator ends up with a rebellion, who'd have thought? Unfortunately the byproduct of any measure of success of a rebellion in the middle east is credited to piousness. If it weren't the case, would you really have a problem with the

Depending on what your project is, there are plenty of coders to be found overseas. If you want to be a programmer, be a programmer and put in the time to learn what you need from the beginning. If you want to build your idea now, hire a te

My advice would be do something seriously FUN as a first project. Do you have a hobby that could be a springboard? For example, I love Radio-Controlled stuff. So a project could be arduino controlled R/C car/drone. A little coding and a lit

I disagree. Let me quote Cutts: "I’ve said it before, but SEO is in many ways about change. The best SEOs recognize, adapt, and even flourish when changes happen." There's a saying that goes something like "A computer will only do what you

I can see what you are saying but I see SEO a bit differently than being simply good web programming. It's about content organization as well as information flow. Some of the time that comes naturally to a webmaster, but there are so many c

Musk probably isn't screwing around. I've been reading comments but no one has mentioned it: Who's to say he doesn't have access to one of the grounded 787s? He could have flown his MIT friend over to take a look with him and torn one of th

This is what I am trying to say, but a good point to the parent commenter. To clarify I would say that I was referring to how we got to where we are today. The current power structure of our society. As I said even without direct participat

I think he was saying the coup mentality is a destructive trait. Instead of focusing on what he is good at, masterminding, he was focusing on how to undermine the guy who assumed charge. By definition that's counter-productive. It's difficu

Since you're being quite candid, how did Slicehost make it in the beginning? How do any hosting companies achieve the social proof? Every hosting company has to be hosting some people otherwise they likely wouldn't exist. But maybe there's

I use a Revue as well and like you said it does pass the wife test so I appreciate that. We both love the keyboard. YouTube could be a bit faster but works fine. Netflix app is the best bar-none. Puts my PS3 and XBoX versions to shame. I st
