Yandex is a company registered at the Netherlands, 99% of the company's developers are located in Russia. So, technically Yandex is Russian.

But there’s still a security flaw in this method. If somebody from Amazon will decide to record you, they just send a reboot command to Echo. After reboot mic’s state will be changed back to normal I.e. powered.

For lazy people: Anu is Pijul (modern distributed version control system) rewriten from scratch, also with rust. It's on very early stage and now interesting mainly for academic/research.

Nope, both salaries and bonuses (even on C level) is too low in Russia to hide any amount of bribe in them. Anyway, I never heard about bribes for electricity for last 5 years in Russia.
