   Also usually the ones doing most of the work in a company and have the most flexible schedule. Germany is very unfavourable for (young) childless professionals. We see a massive brain drain of highly educated Germans to Switzerland.

   Sure. If you deploy on Vercel you can have it serverless. If you are careful with bundles and providers you can even use only one nextjs project for the website, docs, auth, webapp, public api and whatnot.

    Not at all. European lead engineer here with already high salary (USD 112k TC). I would even accept 90k if it is 100% remote and I can travel the world.
