Spot on. Right now if you want to build any kind of highly concurrent server or daemon Go is just so immensely practical and productive. Channels are very easy to work with and both the scheduler and the large standard library are rock soli

This approach to documentation works really well with netlify ( https://www.netlify.com ). We let you link your middleman repository to a netlify site and instantly setup automated builds with continuous deployment to our CDN. It&

Completely agree with this. You can be really productive with Angular and as long as you avoid the most common pitfalls its more than fast enough, and comes with batteries included and a rich eco-system. The crazy roadmap to 2.x, and the de

Github pages can only run builds of plain jekyll sites with no plugins. Netlify will work for pretty much any static site generator (right now we support ruby, node and python). You can also trigger new builds without pushing to Git (essent

We're solving some of these issue with Netlify ( https://www.netlify.com ), since we'll run your Octopress (or Grunt, Middleman, Jekyll, Docpad, etc) builds on our servers when you push to Github. You'll still want

It's still expensive to offer SSL when you have a CDN in front unless you go with just SNI support (which could cost a significant portion of your visitors). We have CDN backed HTTPS for custom sites on BitBalloon ( https://w
