Josh Moon (Null), the owner and administrator of Kiwi Farms, responds to their removal from CloudFlare. Their core claim is that the post which got attention (a shooting/bomb threat) was made by a sleeper account that had only ever pos

A fairly active account from years ago tied into some areas of ... leftist-sceptical online gaming culture. Either a Japanese housewife who likes videogames, or a Brazilian man claiming to be a Japanese housewife, depending on who you ask.

This doesn't exist on Amazon Japan, which is annoying. It does make me wonder though - how much code is actually in common between the various country-specific Amazons?

IIRC correctly Valve's inhouse TF2 bots mimic target accquisition times, mouse innaccuracy and other things. They had a blog post explaining it around release, but I can't find it.

It's been a very long time since I used Blender. The UI update appears to have changed enough that I no longer recognise the workflow. Is there still an equivalent to the "space key brings up an everything menu"? I couldn&#

This might be slightly off-topic, but I can't seem to find a direct solution. I'm looking to build a complex dependency/timeline graph for a web of interconnected stories in a media franchise. Each story has a release date w

I chose 'web feeds' since it covered both RSS/ATOM and avoided the need to define their acronym meaning. My view stats were very low last time I checked, but I haven't done much in the way of promotion either. (I did lo

Hey, looks like you had a very similar idea to me! https://www.youneedfeeds.com/ Though you've gone for the 'simple one-pager' approach where I tried to sell people on it via a full site. I was going to do a

Hey, I'm trying to revive it somewhat! You Need Feeds is my attempt to create an explainer and RSS promo page. (I admit the copy and design needs a refresh, and I still haven't done a proper Android page...) https://www

Try pushing the non-intermediation angle, perhaps? Tell your colleagues that with RSS you don't have to fight Twitter/FB's algorithms to surface your latest content to users. Plus, having a proper web feed actually helps wit

Feed43 is based around pattern matching - it mostly assumes a well-structured HTML document with predictable tags, and it's that method for every site. You seem to have some sort of custom plugin architecture, I guess?
