I thought at first it was a typo of OpenOffice. Turns out that is not the case. I think OnlyOffice focusing on web based collaboration only is on point. It is what organizations want today and what users expect.

The Commodore brand is useless today. The other IP that was once associated with Commodore is owned by different entities, disputed, and in some cases unknown who owns it.

Why does that matter? Target moving away from you is an easy shot. If you go to the Plaza you will experience how small the place really is. The difficulty of the shot has been exaggerated by conspiracy book and filmmakers.

Do you believe Oswald brought curtain rods to work that day? Also how come his rifle, that he had mail-ordered, was found in the building he worked in right after?

Windows user interface is getting worse and worse. It's been a trend since the last good NT version, Windows 2000. Since then everything is a mess of inconsistencies and UI experiments.

Around the same time I built several line of business applications using Oracles mod_plsql. It was also very productive. HTML + SQL + imperative PL/SQL, running inside the database, right next to the data.

Thankfully you can use teams in a web browser. I use it in Safari and will never install anything. It still sucks though, but it's just another website that suck.

They did, on iPhone and iPad. The way I understand it, the EU doesn't care about Mac at all since it has so low market share.

One good thing the EU mandated recently is that you can uninstall Edge. On my gaming PC, I installed LibreWolf from the Microsoft store instead.

I have been using https://github.com/dgraham/Ka-Block for years. It works great. Kind of strange it's never mentioned when ad blockers are discussed.

Big corps steal what I have wrote on the net over the last 25 years. They even use it in ways I don't agree with and sell products from it.

Great that Apple Pay is growing a lot right now. Every other e-commerce website has it. Better UX than Klarna and no scummy dark patterns to add "late fees".

In Sweden they are infamous for using dark patterns to make people forget to pay their invoice, and then immediately add a large fee.
