On the top of my head, excel and all the features it has. There are probarbly lots of other things. But if Googl Workspace works then good for you. I just know there are tonnes of companies out there that just cant live without MS-Office

Why not, there will be for sure students who have the ability to grasp a course fast and effectily to compete with those with prior knowledge, why not grade and reward that ability.

Even if every studen have zero prior knowledge in a course, there will be those who will perform better early on being able to understand the course faster than others, of course you should grade that ability.

It is very much true, I am one of the children that got left behind in a montissori school. There where others like me at the school also but none as severe as me. It really only benefitted the ones who where smart from the beginning.

Get your own servers. Sometimes it feels like people have forgotten how much traffic a medium performant computer can deal with. You often dont need a full cloud or a bunch of vms and serverless functions etc etc to run most services.
