Companies like Cisco seem built around buying all of their innovation: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_acquisitions_by_Cisco_S... They seem to be doing well. http://money.cnn.com/magazines/fortune/fortune500/2012/indus...

I'm afraid that article is not accurate at all. When reading something about SUNY if it mentions an IT decision being made system wide it's most likely inaccurate bullshit. Nearly every campus has it's own disjoint IT and outside of stron

"Google's revenues from Apps/Docs/Email is still only a few percent" As an example Google gives away service to education so their revenue from that would be $0. As does Office 365 (at least that is what we were offered). Many copies of Wi

"The entire State University of New York (700,000) use MS Office." This is incorrect and I wish whatever source this comes from would get corrected. Both Google Apps and Office 365 are made available to campuses through streamlined contract

Oh wow. Simply wow. I've wanted this without knowing I've wanted it. This probably sounds sad but the effort and potential anxiety required in trying to pick the right foods and what I might want to eat often means I just get lazy and eat

And here I was busy thinking "Wow. If Path is doing crap like this than that post about the founder being a douchebag must be 100% correct." Congrats on being even more obnoxious than Facebook.

I'd agree with you but we are not there yet. I've yet to see a beautiful web app on mobile not be a sluggish buggy mess. Twitter's mobile web app at first look decent but it's sooooo sllllllllooooowww and unresponsive on a quad core phone.

That's a piss poor Android strategy. And as a side note I'm still getting this on Android: http://i.imgur.com/Ox0BwML.png Hopefully it's just a cache issue.

Well that now makes the second Twitter product without an Android launch strategy. The first, Vine, looks like it'll flame out by the time they ever toss a half broken app across the corporate firewall. Are they running out of cash or som

I managed to get my order in about a minute or two after they became available on the website but have yet to get a shipping notification. My drug of choice might not be here on Saturday. :(

I've been so waiting for something like this. While I'm expecting to be disappointed by this early effort the idea is exciting and something that was inevitable. There was a great anime series that sadly doesn't have distribution in the US

Please use a solid color (preferably white) background under all content text, Thanks. The site has great content. The new design makes it too hard to read.

Huh. That is really odd. That could very well be what's going on with the Kayak site. I just assumed there was some helpful autoscrolling thing going on. Thanks for sharing!

I sent feedback via the form. Thanks for the link. My uneducated guess is that the autocomplete box scrolling code doesn't handle the sub-4.3" screen resolutions. Devs would be more likely to prefer top of the line phones.

No demos? Isn't it a bit too early to advertise a game engine when all there is to show is a github repo? Edit: Thanks for the link to rescuefox.

There are already options that support Markdown. Here is an example of one: https://github.com/adamzap/landslide Markdown isn't expressive enough for presentations so you end up having to use HTML anyway.
