Lack of competition is the answer. There is only 1 provider that can give me 1g or more. ISPs are out of touch.

Karpenter is legit 10/10. When deployed it saved us 15~% of our cpu spend.

Same. Done a few trips to alaska and had to coordinate pickups and food drops via garmin inreach. Battery life on those is way better and more durable.

It’s a learning experience! I remember Conor and Floyd broke hbo and the ufc. It’s a hard problem for sure! Some buffering issues for us, but I bet views are off the charts. Huge for Netflix, bad for espn, paramount, etc etc

Yep. I make up for the lost coding time in the evening. But totally understand the ability to do that is very life dependent. Like some Saturdays I put in a full 8 on other coding projects (open source, personal things, work related code) j

This aligns with what I've seen and the issues I've had shipping high leverage things at an enterprise. Its way more communication, selling and documenting more that it is a technical issue. Nice post.

Nginx free / open source / non enterprise version lacks good Prometheus metrics. No idea why anyone would use this vs envoy, haproxy, traefi, etc etc. Used f5 a ton, even own a virtual license. But its a big miss one their part.

That sucks. Its tough work, if you live near any of these trails and frequent them they have volunteer days which are totally worth doing. It practically means trails won't get the love they deserve and it will be harder to make use of

I approve. I own one its great. 10/10. I don't have an HOA but I do have a party wall. The roof slope in between the homes is odd (low pitch) which makes repairs in the zone between the homes hard. If you're in the market do
