I soft launched http://www.reviewport.net - a service to enable Photographers and Designers to get free and private feedback on their portfolio. I am working on the expert reviewer section now before a full launch in about 2 months.

A way I have used is to create a descriptive landing page with email capture, create google ads and/or post in relevant forums to direct to page and see how many signups you get. That should give you an idea of the rough conversion rate.

Some ideas : - Herman Miller Aeron chair - pick up a used one from ebay, still pricey but very comfortable - chalk wall or large whiteboard, I prefer chalk but it is messy - comfy little couch if you can, just to have a break from the main

The key part is allowing both parties to sign the content as accurate and then lock it down. Without both parties signing I suspect it would carry little weight legally.

I use two Dell Ultrasharp, one 24 and one 22. The 24 landscape on a shelf and I swivel the 22 between landscape and portrait.
