The advantage of a monorepo in this particular case is that it makes easy things easy: if you want to remove a parameter of a function in some library and that function has just a few callers in dependent executables, you can just do that i

If the headline being the valuable content is true, it suggests there could be a business that's like a newspaper that only publishes headlines without articles. I'm not saying this to refute your comment! This might actually be a

All social media, be it Tinder or elsewhere, is people's (possibly exaggerated) highlight reels. Don't compare your day-to-day average to that. The only thing worth comparing yourself is past you, to see if you're moving in t

Go spends a lot of effort on making sure the language is backwards compatible. Which is great! Weird they're so nonchalant about tooling changes.

There are a few good YouTube channels of strong system programmers doing live coding. Watching videos takes time, but you can pick up lots of techniques, big and small, by watching people work. Since you're looking at rust, https:

Sounds like we'd describe a linker the same way :) A simple linker doesn't need symbols for a link plan, or even a link plan (assuming you just load all input files and ignore static library indices). It doesn't even need a s
