A later comment says it affects versions through JB: Users are reporting this issue up through Jelly Bean / 4.2 - my specific information is against 4.2. I don't believe this issue was solved in gingerbread.

That's silly. I don't have to manually turn off wi-fi or GPS for my iPhone to last about two days, why should I have to on an Android phone? Automatic management would be fine, but having to think about it is not. Even using cell-towers-

Those are not the arguments that people in the real world (tm) use. Pro current or longer copyright terms: I made something, it's mine, I should be able to control it. Forever. Forever minus 1 day, to make it "limited times". Opposing curr

LibreOffice/OpenOffice doesn't work as well as MS Office. Google Docs doesn't replicate all of the functionality that MS Office offers, and doesn't work as well. The productivity difference[1] would easily be worth over $200/person/month

The cheapest version of a device gets people in the door. Many people will, rightly or wrongly, compare the $499 iPad 4 with the $899 Surface Pro. That one has 16 GB of space and the other has 64 GB (well more like 48 GB since Windows and
