Hello from Bangkok, Thailand! I have always been, and hope to always remain, passionate about art. Mostly visual art in the "fine art" and "Art World" sense, but also any and all creativity that channels the human spiri

Per the docs[0], TIMESTAMP WITH TIME ZONE is preferred because it will automatically convert to/from the stored UTC to whatever your time zone is set to, in the config (by default) or within a query. I think you also need it for conver

Oh yeah, that’s a great one. There’s no denying Herzog’s love for the things he also despises, and this is the mark of a great artist. Aguirre was my first Herzog movie, in the theatre, way too young for it, and to this day the Kinski monk

I don’t know if this is useful, but Herzog has a distinctly Bavarian accent. And of course has spent most of his adult life far from there, so it’s not quite Bavarian either. Training a Herzogbot on recordings/transcriptions of, say

I don't go back quite that far professionally -- I guess my first official software job was in 1996. My perspective was a little different because I was in biotech at the time, not in an actual software company. But we had in-house
