Sorry but AI isn't that useful and I don't see it becoming any more useful in the near term. It's taken since ~1950 to get LLMs working well enough to become popular and they still don't work well.

I like your post, I still prefer zones and jails over anything in the Linux ecosystem. Building and admining an on-prem k8s cluster has only enforced this opinion.

I think this author like many people is overestimating the value we'll see in AI. I think we're just going to burn a decade of energy to end up with slighty better models in a select few use cases and nothing else of interest. AGI
