Hey @zaat. Thanks for your kind words :D Alas, deleting text is an operation controlled via the shell. PowerShell's (awesome) PSReadLine does it for PowerShell, but introducing that kind of behavioral change is unlikely to be possible

DOS had no kernel - it was just a bunch of code that ran on top of a bunch of PC-compatible hardware. There was no separation between kernel-space and user-space.

To be fair to ConEmu, Cmder, Hyper, and all the other Windows terminals/consoles, we don't currently provide a way for them to truly become genuine consoles. We're working to fix that, but we have to clean things up a little

We're working on traceroute for a future release. In the meantime, you can run `tracert.exe <ip>` from within Bash which will invoke the Windows trace-route command-line tool to do the same thing ;)

Yep - that was the mount thing I mentioned in my prev' reply: We've not yet got around to mount support, but it is on our backlog and we're keen to get to it when priorities allow ;)
