I feel my productivity boost comes from KDE/Plasma, a surprisingly good desktop environment (DE) that's almost too configurable. The ability to tweak almost every element of the DE, especially as it relates to shortcuts, has alrea

Things have definitely improved over time, but some of the best improvements are also related to utilizing advanced functionality from hardware that supports it.

Nothing from Intel or AMD will come close as it relates to battery life. While there are arm options that have great battery life, the performance doesn't come near to that of a Mac.

Awesome machine! Ask me how I know? :) As for the power profiles issue, it's related to a problem in the BIOS that's resolved in the latest release. However, Lenovo tends not do a good job of getting these BIOSs up on LVFS timely,

Very cool. The article mentions a newer version that has two 1080p screens, one for each eye. Does this mean the older version you're using is more capable in this regard?

I'm sorry to see them pull the plug so quickly, but it was mostly expected. As a developer of a "companion" communications app, I understand Beeper's frustration all too well. I really look forward to a world of interop
