I am delighted with the error handling in Go. Overall I would prefer to Go with the current features and not add more, maybe even deleting some inconsistencies in Go v2.

It is not only hard for you, but it is also hard for a computer. And Go expresses this perfectly. Once you hide this behind a convenient `slice.Delete(x)`, you may end up with a codebase that bleeds performance.

This allows you to keep recent records in DB cache, for example. Contrary, random keys would constantly invalidate the cache unless all your data fits in memory.

I also suggest reading: stdlib, projects by Rob Pike (Upspin), Andrew Gerrand, Brad Fitzpatrick, Dmitry Vyukov, Jaana Dogan, Jonathan Amsterdam. Please avoid: Kubernetes, AWS code. As a rule of thumb - less imports is better.
