yup - you can beat em using simple things like mixing up words to throw off the word distribution. GPT-Minus1 is an exmaple. https://gptminus1.vercel.app/

Now compare this to people who blind copy paste from Stack Overflow. This is a bad comparison until you accurately divide the group of engineers who use it correctly and incorrectly.

Not 100 hours yet but I've been pleasantly surprised how effective ChatGPT is at giving me code that is 90-100% good to work with. Never used Copilot but now I'm warming up to this idea.

Nice! Did something similar a couple of years ago: https://you-tldr.com/ Summary remains the elusive hard part...both to do and to serve at scale. But we get closer by the day.

I've been thinking of doing something like this but hooked up with ChatGPT/GPT-3-daviinci003. Obviously model will not load in the browser but we cna call the API. Could be a neat way to interact with the bot.

I see the author's point yet there are echos of the old argument of 'this generation doesn't do X'. Typically those arguments almost always end up being false. Ultimately, we need to have a little more faith in the young
