Even if the restaurant has bothered to create the appropriate machine-readable descriptions, google doesn't bother doing anything with them. Even if the descriptions literally mirror the visual display on the page. I see it all the tim

I have a top of the line M1 Max MacBook Pro, and in theory, I should be able to use my also-top-of-the-line iPad Pro as a second monitor, wirelessly. I’d say it works flawlessly about 1 out of 5 days. Which is a shame because I love the set

I bet even now, long after the NYT’s check has cleared, Josh is filled with a deep sense of regret over his decision to use LocalStorage. It keeps him up, long into the night. What could have been…

The page loads on Firefox/Mac, but that’s about it. Clicking around does nothing. They look like great little pics though!

I just lost my IG account after having it for literally a decade. Short story: I thought my engagement was low, so I manually went through my not-very-large follower list (2400 or so) in the IG app, identified about 100 accounts that I thou

I have the opposite experience when hiking- The way back usually feels like it takes forever. I think it’s because I’m seeing things I’ve already seen, so it’s not as exciting as it was when I saw it the first time on the way in. Same thing

I was fortunate to visit Katmai about a month ago for photography purposes[1], and hanging around the bears was one of the most amazing things I’ve done in my life. The bears I watched caught a fairly large salmon roughly every 30 minutes,

I don’t see the big deal. When watching, let’s say, a Ken Burns documentary about The National Parks, they’ll have a guy who sounds as much like John Muir as possible, reading letters he wrote. They don’t add a single footnote or disclaimer

“I wonder if I have twenty years of experience making websites, or if it is really five years of experience, repeated four times.” This sums up how I feel about my entire career as eloquently as possible.

Weird that he claims to be a heroin user. Anyone that would write this and publish it to the world comes off more like a crackhead to me.

This is true. Oatly actually makes a “Barista Blend” that foams up perfectly for cappuccinos or lattes.

Page load literally crashes safari on iPad Pro running iOS 13.5. I don’t even get to see it so I can complain how slow and janky it is.

I’m on a 2012 MBP and MagSafe has worked flawlessly for 8 years for me. I think I might hold on to my MBP until it doesn’t boot up anymore, there’s no upside to “upgrading” right now, besides being able to double the ram. MagSafe, 2012 keyb
