As I understand it, these cars were designed with a simplified system for maintaining low emissions that used fewer parts. Evidently, software can allow the system to pass the emission test but at a significant loss of power.

If I remember correctly, which is doubtful, picture posts became more popular, and while Reddit has the ability to shape the types of content that make it to the front page, they chose not to as this seems to express the will of the users.

I suppose it depends on what you mean by 'finished', but I almost always do. I try to be functionally complete (albeit sloppy) at about the half-way point, then I can start refactoring.

Agreed, but this is a major building-block in that it allows evildoers to make multiple trips through security to deliver small amounts of items without detection.
