I'm a big fan of coworking spaces. As a single founder, it's difficult to bounce ideas off people if there's nobody physically in the same room (or square mile) as you. I try to visit the offices of a company ran by a couple friends from

That's interesting. Your workflow reminds me of that Code Bubbles IDE posted a little while back: http://www.cs.brown.edu/people/acb/codebubbles_site.htm

I've always wondered about tab usage among the typical IE user. Do you have any hard numbers or studies that corroborate your statement? I ask not to put you on the spot, but figure it's possible you have this information or may even work

I had a great time at the last meetup. I came to listen to what other people were working on and ended up getting a ton of great feedback on my own startup. If you're in the DC area and want to talk with a great group of smart people, thi

A little off topic, but you should know there's a better way than the Yellow Pages to find customers. The ReferenceUSA database will give you all the companies in a given area that fall under the entered NAICS code. Here's a small sample

That's such a pity to hear. Duluth, MN is a GREAT town, but with only a handful of companies doing any real software development (web or otherwise) I'd imagine it would be pretty hard to get funding. I know Points North ( http://www.points

Why create this site when a GIS site is quickly approaching beta on stack exchange. I'd imagine most people would use that site over GISQuery.com, and the quality of Q&A sites is directly related to the size of the community. http://a
