CSS Grid has only been widely supported for a couple years now. Not so hard to believe a frontend dev was still using bootstrap grid.

You're exactly right. But our leaders are afraid of everyone realizing just how easy it would be to end our debt slavery. The United States is run by a landlord and all his power comes from workers servicing his debts.
