Turkish is regular and straightforward. Arabic, not so much. As for speaking, you have to speak like something stuck in your throat and it doesn't sound that pleasant to be honest.

Personally I think all exams or any academic assessment should be open book/whatever. Entire class should be allowed to find solutions together with whatever means possible and there should not be time limit.

SQL is syntactic sugar for first order logic. It is much easier to query relational database with SQL than abstracting relations with ORM.
