Similarly, a gov registration fee website simply disabled the “next” button at UI layer because I was late from the deadline. Easy bypass and paid fee, never heard anything else.

As former competitive rower, can’t see switching to anything but C2, but I like the idea to expand the market to more. My biggest concern is that it tends to take 4-6 weeks to get comfortable with posture and just sitting on the machine for

Great summary. CRDTs are a better fit for generalized data. Having previously worked on an OT system, the central server stickiness and merge complexity simply did not scale. There are trade-offs with CRDTs, especially metadata, but as the

Thanks! In the configuration of a new PostgresAdapter, you can define the Realm schema, which can be a subset of the tables/columns in Postgres. For example the demo app we built works with a Postgres database with 15 tables, but the a

Property changes are only supported with individual object notifications that were introduced with Realm 2.4. We haven't planned to add property changes in the collection notifications yet, but will definitely note the request!

Adam from Realm, thanks for the feedback. We do plan to offer a pure Java API, but it hasn't been a top priority. However, with the launch of Realm Mobile Platform we have been getting more requests for this because teams want to use J

I am assuming this is coming from an Android point of view? If not, we do support passing what changed in the notifications for all the other platforms now. We call it "collection notifications" for example with JS: https:/&

We really value this honest and direct feedback. Thank you for telling your experience. Obviously, we would love to change your mind and we will continue to improve the database and server product to hopefully earn that in the future.

A server-side Java SDK is on our roadmap. The current version makes use of Android functionality, like the looper, so we need to transition it. Already, the Node.js SDK has an API where you can register callbacks across Realms, giving you t
