The annoyingly self-perpetuating truth: - There are a lot of JS devs available to hire - The ecosystem is huge and generally up to date (although you may have to bounce to a new framework for the same task a year later) - New tools like Typ

ServiceNow has quite a miserable user experience, but I guess their enterprise sales game is strong. They’re selling to C-levels, not us peons who actually use it.

I love Elixir and Phoenix/LiveView, but I have the same problem. I think it will need to gain the proverbial 10x improvement over React and JS frameworks in general before people consider it.

I hate how easy it is to get confused about what content on the page is even related to the original question. I have to get into my “Quora mindset” where I’m constantly double-checking that I’m not reading the response to a different rando

I began my dive into ML a while back (remember when Data Science was the new hotness?) and quickly realized that a lot of the most interesting work really is "winner take all" in the sense that if you can't compete at the cut

Really cool promo video. I'm not sure what is particularly unique compared to what we now have in tools like Coda and such. Maybe more spreadsheet-focused than the others?
