Yes I read that. But what about the plastic that are already in the world ? I think that a way getting ride of that would be a much more exciting discovery.

More plastic ? Is there a shortage of plastic that I missed ? It would be a much more exciting news if someone managed to convert plastic to biodegradable material.

There were 149 passengers on the plane but still no info about any survivers. That's just horrifying. I wonder how many people in history have survived a plane crash.

Sounds like an ad for this new Blue Oak licence. I don't have any problems with ads but I think the article should be a little more objective about the comparison. Also that's a pretty bold title.

These GNU tools are really optimized so they will work well on even the cheapest Android phone. If you are comfortable with the small screen it should work.

Another related app is Termux. It can't run full Linux distro but it is much more lightweight and it has a pretty active community at /r/termux. Termux wiki: https://wiki.termux.com/wiki/Main_Page Termux

I use Firefox myself. But look at this Skype for Web it doesn't work on Firefox. It seems to me companies are getting so lazy that they don't even make an effort to support anything other then Chrome.

Considering that the web was supposed to be both open and decentralized I feel really sad that most of it is confined to just one proprietary browser.
