AFAIK there are only two browsers for Android that supports extensions. Firefox and Kiwi Browser. Because of scrolling issues with Firefox I switched to Kiwi Browser. It supports all desktop Chrome extensions and uBlock Origin is working pe

Copy/paste is working fine on my phone with Android on both Firefox and Chrome. It is just a long press.

I think there shouldn't be change in a software project just for the sake of change. It should be okay to just maintain a project without changing major parts of it. Unfortunately there are some projects that just go the opposite way.

Pretty good website. But why Atom ? A plain text editor would work just as well and would be even easier. I am not sure I agree that developing for the web is hard. In fact because it is so easy JavaScript is so popular right now.

I am sorry but I don't understand you. There are two categories of software I use. One that I use daily and the other I rarely use. Speed is only important for me in the first category. I hope that clears things up.
