You are right: https://www.thecanadianpressnews.ca/business/bells-fibre-foo... I didn't realize that Ebox was Bell. Interesting.

Canada also has pretty fiber coverage in urban areas but only for a single provider, Bell Canada, and its legislatively allowed resellers like TekSavvy. It is really fast and reliable. You can get symmetric 8Gbps for around $100/month

Or they could make use of LPDDR5X-PIM? That would be such a killer feature and competitive advantage.

Apple has a dedicated "neural engine" which is designed as an inference NPU. Where as Google's TPU has a dual focus, both inference and training, which is a more complex design.

I understand that will boost read rates to around 14 Gbps as compared to the current 10 Gbps for LPDDR5X, so a 40% improvement.

The M6 doubled the neural engine from 16 to 32 cores. I would expect that the M7 doubles that again to 64 from 32? That would make sense. I believe that the CPUs are actually limited by ram bandwidth more than the neural engine right when

> Populist demagogues from Trump to Zohran are getting elected. That is quite the comparison. It also doesn't seem correct at all. What world are you living in where Zohran is a populist demagogue?

What Canada is doing is turning to trade with other countries. It is the main solution we have to this issue. It is a long game, but necessary. Ganging up on the US isn't likely to work well.

Why not force them to release their records? Some legislation would help. If they are scanning the world's books, the results should be open.

I have been a long time Cursor user but it is really expensive even if it is convenient to switch models. I recently switched to just Max on Claude and Max on Codex. That is cheaper than Cursor if you use it a lot.

I am pretty sure OpenAI and Claude actually have a higher hardware cost per request that Microsoft. Github is actually most just a standard REST API app, although with some caching and git specific operations in the background. It is not

What is the best Github alternative that has something like Github Actions? What is the easiest to switch to? I do not want to switch but it is having too much of an impact on me. It is time to give up on Github. This is just too much.
