I've been working with Bootstrap for a couple of months now and I have noticed that it is pretty difficult to filter through all the free and premium templates available for Bootstrap. You usually have to wade through fancy cover image

Bootstrap is good if you are happy with its default design and do not want to customize it much. If all you need is a good starting grid and some useful javascript libraries to work with, I would suggest that you take a look at Foundation.
